Working closely with the Vice President, Total Rewards, senior leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition, this individual will help strengthen McAfee’s pay-for-performance culture, enhance the employee value proposition, and ensure a thoughtful, well-governed approach to Total Rewards. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other key stakeholders to ensure compensation, equity, job architecture, and benefits programs are effectively designed, governed, and implemented.
