You will be accountable for delivering measurable improvements in how test plans are designed, monitored, and executed - leveraging AI and agentic workflows to increase efficiency, consistency, and transparency while maintaining appropriate controls and human oversight. Lead AI enablement within the product, identifying high-impact use cases (e.g., NLP-driven insights, automation, decision support), shaping an AI integration strategy, and guiding responsible deployment with appropriate controls and monitoring.
