For Technician IV (Specific Licensed Trade), responsible for troubleshooting and repairing commercial-grade systems, construction inspections and/or oversight, in one of the following trade specialties: heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing systems, CCTV, access control, or electrical systems for Citywide buildings constructed and/or maintained by Facilities Management. Environment: Works in an office setting and outside with exposure to sun, heat, cold, humidity, and inclement weather, noise, dust, no/low light, insects, poison oak/ivy, debris, confined spaces, mold, chemicals, odors, heights, potentially hazardous conditions, steep slopes, uneven ground, and rough terrain; occasionally requires irregular and/or prolonged hours.
