This growing practice advises clients on matters involving fraud and misconduct investigations, forensic accounting and financial analysis, post-acquisition and other commercial disputes, bribery and corruption matters, asset tracing, investigative due diligence, litigation support, regulatory response, digital forensics and cyber-enabled investigations, e-discovery, and other sensitive situations requiring rigorous analysis, sound judgment, and clear communication. You will help clients and counsel identify, preserve, collect, analyze, and explain digital evidence in matters involving fraud, employee misconduct, data theft or misuse, unauthorized access, off-channel communications, business email compromise, accounting and financial issues, disputes, regulatory response, and other sensitive investigations.
