This role ensures that procurement is fully integrated into project planning and delivery, enabling early identification of risks, identifying qualified suppliers, supply chain constraints, and qualified sources for both quality and technical capabilities, while ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, fabricated components, engineered equipment, and subcontracted services. As a core member of the Project Management Team (PMT), the Procurement Manager drives supplier performance, supports schedule certainty, and ensures alignment with nuclear regulatory, quality, export control, commercial, and contractual requirements for US NND opportunities.
