Minimum 12–15 years of progressive engineering experience on nuclear, power, oil & gas, or large, complex infrastructure projects, including: 5+ years in a technical authority, engineering management, design assurance, or technical integration role; demonstrated experience leading design reviews and multidisciplinary technical interfaces; experience establishing or administering RCA and corrective action programs; experience in management of change and change order evaluation on live contracts; and 3+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience. While each contract's Owner's Technical Director holds technical assurance for that contract, this role ensures assurance is consistently defined and enforced portfolio-wide — owning the engineering SOPs, policies, and assurance frameworks that govern how work is executed and verified, distinct from the Design Authority's ownership of the owner's requirements.
