The Plant Manager reports to the VP of Operations and will oversee all plant operations, including production, process optimization, equipment maintenance, environmental compliance, and the leadership of Production Supervisors, Technicians, and Maintenance personnel. * Ensure equipment readiness and reliability through preventative maintenance programs, manage plant quality initiatives, resolve production issues, and maintain compliance with environmental regulations and wastewater requirements.
