Develop, communicate and maintain consistent classroom discipline strategies which encourage and promote teacher-pupil interaction and mutual respect, rapport, promotes a positive self image, and fosters a sense of self-responsibility. Teachers shall: Demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with, and seek assistant of: students, parents, fellow teachers, administration, the school community, and specialized district or county personnel.
