Board and committee reporting Serve as management liaison to the Flagg Bicycle Group, LLC Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee, subject to the Committee charter, and provide timely reporting on material accounting, tax, compliance, audit, liquidity, and internal-control matters. The Controller works closely with operating business leaders, external audit and tax advisers, Board committee leadership, and designated family-office representatives.
