Possess clear, concise, effective written and oral communication skills to effectively express thoughts, ideas and concepts to management, bank employees and bank customers in a collaborative and solutions-oriented manner. Work assigned branches to insure you are known as their mortgage expert, conduct monthly quick start meetings and do a minimum of 4 "Mortgage Days" in the branch to promote your services to the branch customers.
