As the Thermal Design Engineer, you will evaluate customer specifications by making comments, clarifications and requesting missing/additional information, create detailed design of HRSGs including all calculations, generate auxiliary equipment specifications at the proposal and job stages, evaluating related bids, support the project team with technical issues through all stages of job execution, develop data sheets for Estimating, Sales, I&C and Drafting groups, generate the technical part of the Sales proposal, and actively participate in technical meetings with the customer at various stages of project development. The Thermal Design Engineer reports directly to the Senior Thermal Design Engineer and will design heat recovery equipment based on both the customer's process requirements and heating surface optimization, select materials for components operating at various pressure and temperature conditions, and size heat exchangers and auxiliary equipment based on the company philosophy as defined in design guidelines.
