Working independently under the direction of organizational leadership, the Medical Staff Relations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting high-quality patient care by ensuring medical staff, learners, and contracted providers are effectively onboarded, supported, scheduled, and compliant with applicable organizational, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. The Medical Staff Relations Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between medical staff, psychiatry residents, medical students, clinical interns, locum providers, contracted clinicians, and organizational leadership.
