Applicants for the position of Youth Facility Manager / Direct Care Staff must meet at least one (1) of the following qualifications: Relevant Work or Volunteer Experience: Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a full-time employee or volunteer in a licensed group home, Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP), or substance abuse treatment program. Relevant Life Experience: Possess relevant lived or professional experience within the child welfare, mental health, or juvenile justice systems, including experience as a consumer, mentor, caregiver, or other related experience deemed acceptable by the appropriate regulatory department.
