What you'll do: Design and develop learning experiences and multi-modal learning programs (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led learning, virtual learning environments, performance support, job aids, playbooks, AI role plays, etc.) that support the performance of client-facing associates. Proven experience designing and managing blended learning experiences and working within a full instructional design cycle, including analysis, design, development, program implementation and delivery.
