The ideal candidate will possess significant operational experience within Special Operations Forces (SOF) or military reconnaissance organizations, recent experience instructing tactical military units, and demonstrated expertise in multi-spectral signature management, Electronic Warfare (EW), counter-UAS operations, electronic signature analysis, cyber/digital footprints, or related disciplines. The Lead Instructor will support a three-day, 24-hour Counter Signature Management (SIGMAN) training course designed to prepare reconnaissance Marines to identify, assess, and mitigate physical, electromagnetic, thermal, visual, acoustic, and digital signature vulnerabilities during amphibious and ground Reconnaissance and Surveillance (R&S) operations.
