div>Qualifications Wish List (and a few must haves):
· Must have 2 years of swim instruction experience
· Must Have Red Cross LIfeguard and CPR/AED certification for adult, infant and child
· WSI a bonus
· Special consideration given to instructors with multiple years of experience teaching children aged 6 months to 10 years and/or special needs children
· Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 75lbs.
. Professional and timely communication with parents and the kids, employees, deck supervisors and your leadership team is a critical part of providing excellence in customer service for both acquiring new clients and customer retention.
· Keep It Clean: perform various duties, as all team members do (even the owners), to maintain a pristine, clean, and safe environment.
