Knowledge of cross-sectional, case-control, cohort and randomized clinical trial study design required, along with a working knowledge of the following statistical principles; general linear mixed models, generalized linear models, longitudinal analysis, general estimating equations, generalized additive models, survival analysis (Kaplan-Meier, Cox PH regression, accelerated failure time models), survey research methods, analysis of surveys, analysis of observational data, propensity score analysis, weighted and un-weighted analysis of field studies. Assist researchers/scientists with writing grant proposals in the areas of randomization, blinding, power/sample size, study design and statistical methods.
