The Swim Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Swim Coach with managing and directing all aspects of the April Swim Stroke Clinic and College Station Tsunami Summer Swim Team; overseeing practices, swim meets and related activities, as well as, providing training and personal development of all levels of competitive swimming, while promoting a positive recreation environment and good personal behavior. Assist with all aspects of the April Swim Stroke Clinic and Tsunami Summer Swim Team, to include but not limited, to planning, preparing, conducting, supervising and attending daily workouts and meets; developing team motivation; and overseeing swimmers at team functions, while providing a healthy, safe and nurturing environment.
