The Maintenance Training Instructor, Senior develops, delivers, and maintains technical learning solutions that build employee proficiency and support consistent execution across Maintenance and related operational groups. Develop and maintain curricula, lesson plans, facilitator guides, presentations, job aids, assessments, eLearning, video, microlearning, and simulation-based activities in partnership with the Courseware Development group.
