As a member of a team of Educators, the ENS assesses educational needs, plans programs to meet those needs, implements those programs, and evaluates the effectiveness of offerings for employees, students, volunteers, and diverse community members across the lifespan. Educational offerings provided will promote clinical reasoning and critical thinking, and will utilize best practices and current evidence (for both education and practice), and will be revised based on participant feedback, outcomes evaluation, and changes in best practice.
