This position supports both the Biotechnology Associate in Applied Science degree program and pharmaceutical/biotechnology workforce training initiatives, including BioWork, oral solid dosage manufacturing, aseptic manufacturing, cleanroom practices, cGMP documentation, and other employer-. Delivers hands-on pharmaceutical manufacturing training in areas such as tablet compression, encapsulation, blending, granulation, coating/spraying processes, cleanroom behavior, gowning, contamination control, aseptic technique, first-air principles, and airflow visualization.
