Ensure new employees receive appropriate onboarding and training related to documentation, service types, Necco programs, service delivery expectations, community partnerships, and their specific job responsibilities. This position provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for Necco's Wraparound program, with responsibility for program growth, financial performance, service quality, fidelity, staff development, and community partnerships.
