Assist in the design and setup of test stands for acceptance and qualification testing of components and subsystems • Participate in system integration, troubleshooting, and validation activities • Collect and interpret technical requirements and provide clear, constructive feedback to engineers across mechanical, software, and systems disciplines • Develop, document, and execute test plans and procedures • Perform basic trade studies and first-order analyses to support design decisions • Document designs to support Design for Manufacturing (DFM), assembly, and testing • Support subassembly design, manufacturing coordination, and test schedules. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution Hands-on experience with electrical design and development through coursework, labs, internships, senior design projects, or engineering clubs Familiarity with electrical schematics, basic circuit analysis, and lab equipment.
