MAJOR DUTIES: Serve as the primary SME for client integrations and digital asset initiatives, acting as the key liaison between clients, Relationship Management, Sales, Technology, Operations, and external vendors. Develop documentation, presentations, reports, and executive communications while representing the business unit in cross-functional discussions involving Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Technology teams.
