Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications; Bachelors or Associate degree in Nursing; experience in ICU or PCU setting (minimum 2 years in ICU or PCU preferred); knowledge of cardiac rhythm interpretation, ventilator management, invasive line management, and medication titration; ability to work in a fast-paced, resourceful manner; excellent communication and patient education skills. This role involves supporting multiple inpatient units, primarily the Emergency Department Holding area, with floating responsibilities across several units including Medical, Surgical, and Rehab.
