Manage pre-litigation and litigation disputes and devise creative resolution strategies with the assistance of outside counsel, as needed; Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, other members of the Legal team, the People Partner team, and with external counsel; Assist the Legal team on employee-related matters in privacy initiatives, customer agreements, vendor agreements, partner agreements, and outside opportunities. Provide strategic advice and counsel to the People & Communities team on a broad range of employment issues, including recruitment, hiring, corrective actions, terminations, benefits, complex leaves of absence and accommodations issues, compensation, contingent workers, HR policies and practices, and performance management, among others; Provide pragmatic advice to the business on employment obligations primarily focused in the United States but the ability to flex and advise on other geographic areas.
