As a trusted HR partner, the Senior HR Generalist works closely with business leaders, managers, and Corporate HR to support business objectives, provide guidance on complex employee matters, support workforce growth, and ensure consistent application of company policies and employment laws. This role is responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, workplace investigations, manager coaching, high-volume recruitment, performance management, compliance, training, HR operations, and employee services.
