Lead asset-level technical coordination and client interaction with property managers, building engineers, facility teams, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders, communicating requirements, findings, risks, limitations, and recommended actions clearly and effectively. The role combines field-based technical work, analysis, reporting, and asset-level client coordination across services such as building assessments, environmental testing, energy audits, retrocommissioning, data verification, certification-related technical support and implementation oversight on behalf of building owners.
