We'll look to you for: Agreeing and implementing the development centre guidelines, including team profile, skills, and growth plans , Developing and maintaining domain competences while coaching the team and growing World Class Engineering Experts , Setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, and establishing deadlines , Providing support to team project/program execution , Promoting Alstom values to your team , Continuously motivating, encouraging, evaluating, recognizing, training, and developing team resources in cooperation with HR as per approved performance evaluation processes and targets , Deploying Process, Methods, and Tools in the Test Engineering team, while providing feedback for process reviews , Collecting REX (Return of Experience) from execution and identifying innovation opportunities to enhance the Reference Library and share outcomes at the department level.
