You will translate blueprints into structural assemblies (layout, precision drilling, countersinking, calibrated tools), align parts on jigs and aircraft using templates and fixtures, verify dimensions with micrometers and calipers, and act as a liaison between the production floor, quality and engineering. Oversee and execute highly complex and critical structural assembly operations (filing, sawing, burring, trimming, framing, riveting, drilling, reaming).
