pro-forma Construct, manipulate, and continuously modify Excel-based models to calculate returns including IRR, NPV, and cash returns Support the transaction process in order to complete due diligence on targeted transactions, from acquisition to disposition Prepare and review a variety of analysis regarding existing portfolio of properties, including but not limited to budgets, operating statements, appraisals, market surveys and studies Create public-private venture strategies Conduct analyses to address complex financial issues and determine financial deal viability Assist with planning and policy issues Willingness to learn, demonstrate, and apply better methods of analyzing real estate transactions Provides support consistent with all aspects of determining project feasibility. Bachelor s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field MBA a plus but not required Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products Expert proficiency in Excel highly preferred 1-2 years of in Financial Analysis experience preferred.
