Type: Contract Job Title: IT Quality & Test Lead Location: Remote (must support Eastern Time) Pay Rate: $32.00-$35.00 hourly Work Hours: M-F, 8 am-5 pm Eastern Time; occasional flexibility for global collaboration Description The IT Quality & Test Lead supports enterprise IT projects as a subject matter expert in software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, quality assurance, and testing across Agile and Waterfall environments. Working closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, developers, analysts, testers, and vendor partners, the successful candidate will ensure quality requirements, testing evidence, compliance controls, and release-readiness activities are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
