The position will serve as the point of contact for project clients and subcontractors and will oversee the daily operations of all Oklahoma City Work Ready Oklahoma sites providing leadership, coaching, accountability, and performance management to ensure quality service delivery and achievement of program outcomes. The Manager is responsible for management of the budget, design, development, and execution of projects, programs, and efforts focused on soft skills, barrier removal or navigation, job readiness, employment hope, adult education, relationship education, goal planning, and executive function.
