The Practice Manager I provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations within Providence Medical Group Specific responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on patient care delivery, high quality customer service, patient satisfaction, staffing, budgeting and efficient allocation and use of available capital and human resources. Together, our 120,000 caregivers (all employees) serve in over 50 hospitals, over 1,000 clinics and a full range of health and social services across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
