As the VP Sales, Provider Analytics, you will lead national commercial growth for two complementary portfolios: Crimson AI, Optum's AI-enabled provider analytics for clinical performance, quality, and utilization; and Value-Based Care, anchored by Optum Value Connect, an AI-powered platform that brings clinical, operational, and financial capabilities together to help providers identify at-risk populations, prioritize interventions, and act on them directly within care team workflows. The ideal candidate will bring deep healthcare industry expertise, demonstrated proficiency in value-based care, executive-level relationship management skills, and a proven track record leading sales organizations focused on healthcare analytics, population health, or value-based care technology.
