The role partners with internal subject matter experts, corporate functions, field operators, Finance, HR, and Performance Improvement leaders to identify value creation opportunities across labor management, corporate overhead, productivity, fixed cost, spans and layers, requisition governance, and operational redesign. This role serves as the bridge between analytics and real-world execution by validating opportunities, assessing operational feasibility, identifying barriers, and translating insights into practical actions that can be adopted by corporate, division, facility, and shared services leaders.
