Partner with the Senior Director of Operations on the full execution of facilities related projects including: This includes developing detailed project plans (scope, objectives, resource availability and allocation, cost and on-time delivery) with the Senior Director of Operations, track the progress and changes (budgeting, designs, orders, scheduling, work, and completion) and keep all documents/emails up to date regarding several ongoing facilities projects (keep Facilities Database up to date with documents, estimates, and project budgets). These divisions occupy space at multiple sites including University of Washington Medical Center (UWMC), Harborview Medical Center (HMC), Veterans Administration Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS), Puget Sound Blood Center (PSBC), Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (FHCRC), Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA), and other locations in the Seattle area.
