Working closely with executive leadership, population health leadership teams, community stakeholders, and external partners, the Executive Assistant helps coordinate meetings, community initiatives, operational workflows, executive communications, and special projects related to population health and community wellness programs. The Executive Assistant - Population Health provides high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support to departmental personnel responsible for population health, community engagement, health equity, and community-based healthcare initiatives.
