This key leadership position will begin in December 2026 or January 2027 and play an integral role in all pre-opening activities, including building the community’s leadership team and culture, spearheading pre-leasing efforts through active prospect engagement and external business development, establishing operational readiness, and guiding the community through successful licensing, grand opening, and stabilization. Responsible for the oversight and execution of building operations, dining, events, service contract negotiations, bidding for special capital projects, housekeeping, maintenance workorders, building cleanliness and apartment preparation for new move ins.
