The Director serves in a hands-on leadership role, providing leadership and oversight of the recruiting team, recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, candidate experience, employment branding, and recruiting-related systems and reporting while personally managing an assigned portfolio of open positions and conducting full-cycle recruiting. This position partners closely with Human Resources Business Partners, hiring managers, and senior leadership to ensure recruiting activities are timely, consistent, compliant, and aligned with the Bank's business objectives.
