As part of the Commercial Loan Operations team, you will thrive in this role by possessing strong verbal and written communication skills to interact efficiently and effectively with internal business partners, legal counsel, and clients. Effectively work with sales partners, customers, legal counsel, and third parties to clear all pre-closing conditions including environmental reports, appraisals, flood determinations, insurance, UCC filings and positions, and title work.
