Core functions include corporate governance support, coordination of board and committee activities, monitoring compliance with applicable state laws, UNC Board of Governors' policies, UNC System requirements, and University regulations, oversight of real property assets owned or managed by associated entities, financial management and reporting support, audit coordination, tax compliance coordination, and preparation of required compliance reporting for the UNC System.
