Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a facilities team responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining production and infrastructure equipment. In this role, you will coordinate equipment maintenance, oversee hiring and training, analyze machine data, monitor team performance, and ensure safety compliance. Has approval authority of personnel actions such as hiring’s, terminations, and disciplinary actions. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Routine discomforts from exposure to moderate heat, cold, moisture/wetness, and unpleasant air conditions.
