Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Facilities Management, the Director of Facilities Maintenance & Operations' primary responsibility will be leadership and oversight of Departments and Shops within Facilities Management, including Electrical, Life Safety, Networking, Plumbing, Preventive Maintenance, HVAC, Grounds, Housekeeping, Central Power Plant, Trash and Recycling, Carpentry, Locks/Access Control, Paint, Roofing, and Masonry. Master's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, or a related field or a bachelor's degree in a related field and a combination of education and relevant experience to a master's degree.
