Demonstrates skills in the use of (and interpretation of acquired information) test equipment used in building systems repair and maintenance (i.e., temperature and pressure gauges, strobe lights, infrared devices, isolation power tester, voltage recorder, etc.). Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the use and care of both general and specialty tools (i.e., bolometer, calipers, anemometer, micrometers, refrigeration, gauges, etc.) used in building maintenance and plant repairs.
