Collaborate with the Facilities Manager of Structural and Small Projects, Facilities Accounting, Facilities Work Management, and auxiliary-funded clients, to direct personnel and work unit operating budgets of $3.1 million by evaluating service levels, maintenance and repair priorities and scheduling needs. The position collaborates with Facilities Engineering, Planning Design & Construction (PD&C), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Facilities Work Management, auxiliary-funded clients, contractors, building representatives, and other campus collaborators to maintain safe, functional, reliable, and sustainable campus facilities.
