Subject matter expert in endpoint management tools and technologies such as Intune• Subject matter expert in operating systems including Windows 11, iOS, MacOS, Android and Linux• Subject matter expert in Apple Business Manager, including Automated Device Enrollment and VPP applications• Advanced knowledge of Android Zero-touch enrollment• Proficiency with scripting languages to automate tasks (i.e., PowerShell, VBScript, Batch Files)• Advanced understanding of endpoint security best practices• Expertise packaging and deploying Win32 Applications via Intune• Advanced problem solving and decision-making abilities• Experience mentoring and leading a team• 5-7 years of experience supporting Windows device(s) with Intune • 5-7 years of experience with imaging and Windows Autopilot provisioning• Must be a self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a team • Ability to manage assigned tasks and clearly communicate status information • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with personnel at all levels• Experience with M&A projects strongly preferred• Experience with Tanium strongly preferred• Microsoft certifications preferred• Bachelor degree preferred.
