Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director develops departmental plans, manages operating and capital resources, leads assigned team members and contractors, maintains regulatory and life-safety compliance, coordinates emergency response, and partners with residents and community leaders to support service quality and uninterrupted community operations. The role is responsible for maintaining safe, reliable, clean, functional, and well-maintained buildings and grounds while directing functions that may include maintenance, plant operations, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, security, groundskeeping, renovation, and capital improvement activities.
