The PM provides contractor support only and will not perform inherently governmental functions, accept or reject work, authorize changes, supervise Government personnel, or assume responsibilities assigned to the A/E, construction contractor, Contracting Officer, or COR. Estimated maximum 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, or after-hours support as project conditions require; federal holidays are not normal workdays unless authorized.
