KPIs may include, but are not limited to, work-order response and completion times, preventive-maintenance completion rates, outstanding maintenance requests, facility inspection findings, equipment downtime, vendor performance, project schedule performance, budget variance, utility consumption, safety-related deficiencies, or other measures approved by executive leadership. The position oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, capital planning, construction and renovation projects, facility acquisitions and development activities, vendor and contractor performance, operating and capital budgets, and selected grant-development activities related to facilities, infrastructure, housing, and service expansion.
